Initial information, at around 1:00 p.m. on December 4, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan (born in 1965, residing in District 8) went to take out the trash and saw a strange object under Tau Hu canal on Phu Dinh street, Ward 16, District 8, so he went closer to check. At this time, Mr. Nhan was shocked to discover the body of a woman lying face down in the mud.
