Accordingly, at around 7:30 p.m. on May 14, Mr. Dao Van P. (born in 1969) and his wife, Ms. Dang Thi L. (born in 1980, residing in Tan Van hamlet, Nghia Dung commune, Tan Ky district) drove a pedicab to buy tea seedlings to sell. While traveling on Ho Chi Minh road, passing through Ky Tan commune, they collided with another motorbike. The strong collision caused Mr. P. and his wife to fall onto the road.
At the same time, a tractor trailer (license plate and driver's identity unknown) traveling from South to North ran over the victim. As a result, the accident caused Ms. L. to die on the spot, while Mr. P. was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital by local people for emergency treatment.

Upon receiving the report, Tan Ky District Police were present at the scene to conduct an investigation and clarify the incident.
It is known that Mr. P. and Ms. L.'s family has 3 children and is in very difficult circumstances. Ms. L. passed away, leaving behind 3 young children, an 80-year-old mother, and Mr. P. is currently being treated at the Provincial General Hospital. Initial information shows that Mr. P. suffered a brain hemorrhage, broken legs, arms, and a bruised liver...
Faced with the tragic situation of the couple, the Women's Union of Nghia Dung commune has called on organizations and individuals to help and support. This morning, the Union called for and directly gave nearly 15 million VND to Mr. P's family to take care of his wife's funeral and treat Mr. P.
As of this afternoon, the Association has raised an additional 10 million VND and will continue to coordinate with departments and branches to raise funds to support Mr. P's family to overcome this difficulty and loss./.
