In addition,Nghe AnAs the province with the largest herd of buffalo and cattle in the country with 760,000 heads, and many national highways passing through, the disease is very difficult to control, especially the transportation of cattle in and out of the area. Some localities are still subjective and negligent in disease prevention.
Although there is now a vaccine to prevent this dangerous disease, this vaccine is produced abroad and must be imported, so it cannot be deployed for synchronous vaccination at this time.
