The Prime Minister officially chose Nghe An Oncology Hospital as the direct connection point in the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony of 250 projects nationwide.

On August 19, the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony of 250 projects and works with a total investment of 1.28 million billion VND will take place to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. The program will start at 8:00 a.m. and will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 129/CD-TTg dated August 7, 2025 on organizing groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for large-scale projects and works to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
