(Baonghean.vn) – After coach Phan Nhu Thuat and his team successfully defended their championship title at the 2019 National U15 Finals, 9 players were selected to be part of the Vietnamese national team to participate in the 2019 Southeast Asian Football Championship taking place this coming August.

Young defenders such as Tran Dinh Thanh No. 5 (Vinh City), Nguyen Van Bay (Yen Thanh), Nguyen Van Son No. 3 (Hung Nguyen), Cai Van Quy (Nghia Dan) all participated in the Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth Football Tournament in 2015. In the U15 SLNA list this year, Captain Ngo Van Bac (number 21) is one of the most prominent faces. Midfielder Ngo Van Bac was born in 2004 and played outstandingly for the Quynh Luu Children's School, winning the Bronze Medal at the Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth Football Tournament in 2014.
