The district is completing procedures to organize the auction of 36 land lots in Dien Hai commune, re-auction of 29 land lots in Dien Hong, 4 lots in Dien My and is submitting to the Provincial People's Committee for approval of prices to allocate residential land for 155 lots in Dien Thang, Dien Thinh, Dien Thai, Dien Lien, Dien Tan, Dien Nguyen communes, and at the same time allocate residential land without auctioning land use rights to 14 households in Dien Tan.
