Dien Chau finishes early in 2017 budget collection

(Baonghean.vn) - Total budget revenue in Dien Chau in 2017 is estimated at 343,185 billion VND, equal to 119.5% of the estimate assigned by the province (the province assigned 287,100 billion), equal to 118.63% of the estimate assigned by the District People's Council (the district assigned 289,301 billion).

Of which, land use rights revenue reached an estimated 190 billion VND, 135.7% of the estimate (the province assigned 140 billion), an increase of 29.8% in 2016. Excluding land use fees, the revenue reached 153.185 billion VND, equal to 104.14% of the estimate assigned by the province, 102.6% of the estimate assigned by the District People's Council.

Some revenue items met the estimated progress and were higher than the same period, such as: Special consumption tax reached 155.3% of the estimate; Other budget revenue reached 140.6% of the estimate; Non-agricultural land use tax: 200% of the estimate; Land rent: 505% of the estimate; Fees and charges 128.4% of the estimate...

Some revenue items have not met the estimated progress such as: CTN.DV-NQD tax is estimated to reach only 93.1% of the estimate for the whole year. Registration fee only reaches 94.1% of the estimate; in which property registration fee: 91.1% of the estimate... leading to a regular budget revenue shortfall of about 6.7 billion VND.

Debt management and tax debt enforcement have been actively and resolutely implemented, but the amount of tax arrears has not been reduced much.

Debt as of October 30, 2017 was 22.5 billion VND (of which 5 billion was bad debt, 11.8 billion was uncollectible debt from previous years, accounting for 74.6%). The debt increase was mainly concentrated in some construction enterprises that were unable to pay, increasing late payment of bad debt, etc.
