The Kremlin believes it is too early to talk about the possibility of cooperation with Mr. Zelensky, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
“This needs to be considered in specific cases,” Dmitry Peskov stressed.

Mr. Peskov noted that Moscow respects the choice of the Ukrainian people, which is "very clear."
“At the same time, the legitimacy of the elections, in general, was called into question when three million Ukrainian citizens living in the Russian Federation did not have the opportunity to vote,” the spokesman added.
The second round of presidential elections in Ukraine took place on Sunday. After 99% of the statistics were processed, Vladimir Zelensky was leading with 73.21% of the vote, while only 24.46% of voters supported the incumbent head of state, Piotr Poroshenko.
