Fire drill at Nghe An Radio and Television Station

On the morning of April 15, Nghe An Fire Police coordinated with Nghe An Radio and Television Station to organize a fire prevention and fighting drill at the station's headquarters.

Attending the rehearsal were Mr. Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Nghe An Radio and Television Station; Colonel Ho Sy Tuan - Director of the Provincial Fire Prevention and Fighting Police.

According to the hypothetical situation, at 8:30 a.m., a fire broke out in the basement - the parking area for officers and employees working at the 11-storey building of Nghe An Radio and Television Station. After detecting the smoke, the police on duty to protect the agency immediately pressed the fire alarm and called the professional fire fighting force.

Before the fire police force arrived, the fire fighting work was urgently carried out by officers and employees of Nghe An Radio and Television Station according to the 4-on-the-spot motto: Evacuate people and property and use fire fighting equipment equipped at the workplace to put out the fire, in order to minimize the damage caused by the fire.

10 minutes later, the Fire Police force arrived, and the fire fighting contract between professional forces and on-site forces was deployed synchronously.

However, because the basement is home to many motorbikes, cars and flammable materials, the fire is at risk of spreading. Therefore, in parallel with extinguishing the fire, the fire police force used specialized ladders, combined with air cushions to evacuate the people still trapped above.
