(Baonghean.vn) - Among the nearly 700 officers and soldiers that Nghe An Police mobilized to set up 70 new checkpoints for epidemic prevention and control in Vinh city, there are more than 100 female officers and soldiers.
From 0:00 on August 23, 2021, Nghe An province has implemented additional urgent measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in Vinh city. Accordingly, activities have been tightened so that the authorities can separate F0 from the community.
Nghe An Provincial Police mobilized nearly 700 officers and soldiers (including nearly 50 leaders of departments and more than 100 female officers and soldiers) to establish 70 new room control posts.fight against Covid-19on routes and areas in Vinh city. Each checkpoint has at least 09 comrades with 01 comrade as department leader or team commander as Team Leader.

The task of the checkpoints is to propagate and inspect people's implementation of regulations on epidemic prevention and control and handle violations.
In addition, 43 epidemic prevention and control checkpoints will continue to be maintained at the city's gateways (established since August 17, 2021 when Vinh City applied social distancing according to Directive 16 of the Prime Minister).

Also on the night of August 22, 2021, the Provincial Police established 13 mobile patrol and control teams to prevent and control the epidemic on routes and areas in Vinh City. These teams conduct patrols 24/7 every day, both propagating and checking people's implementation of regulations on epidemic prevention and control. Violations will be strictly handled according to the provisions of law.
