Investigating a group of people who forged land titles with a 'service' price of tens of millions of dong
Believing the group of people who said they could get red books, many people gave money to have them done it, but when they received the documents, they found them to be fake.
On the morning of September 29, Ms. Le Thi Trang Dai - Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province said that the police are investigating a group of 4-5 strangers who forged land use right certificates in the area.

According to Xuyen Moc District Police, in early July 2020, in the Binh Chau market area, a group of about 4-5 people appeared in a white car with a HCMC license plate, informing many people about the job they were doing.Land use rights certificateat 30 million VND/paper.
Trusting her, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (residing in Thanh Binh 2 hamlet, Binh Chau commune, Xuyen Moc district) gave money to this group to ask them to make a land use right certificate for a 1,000m2 plot of land. Then, on July 9, this group returned to give her a land use right certificate in the name of Nguyen Thi Huong.
Similarly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Van (residing in Thanh Binh 2 hamlet, Binh Chau commune) also gave 60 million VND to a group of strangers and received a certificate of land ownership for a 500m2 plot of land she bought 3 years ago.
According to the Land Registration Office of Xuyen Moc district, the two plots of land that Ms. Huong and Ms. Van bought are not owned by individuals but are under the management of the People's Committee of Binh Chau commune.
Xuyen Moc District Police said that the act of forging two Land Use Rights Certificates by the above group of people constituted a crime.Fakeseals and documents of agencies and organizations.
The case is currently being investigated and verified by the police.
