Parallel parking - a mandatory skill for Vietnamese drivers from April 1

In addition to vertical parking, candidates who want to park their driving license need to take an additional test to park horizontally.

The current regulations for driving license exams for B1, B2, C, D, E cars in Vietnam include a theory test and a practical test. The practical test includes a parking test, which is parallel parking, which means reversing the car into a space with a predetermined size limit. This test will be more difficult from April 1.

Circular58/2015/TT of the Ministry of Transport stipulates that the driving test in the picture for B1, B2, C licenses will have an additional part of parallel parking next to the previous parallel parking. This regulation takes effect from April 1. Currently, only D and E licenses must take the parallel parking test.
