Central Theoretical Council delegation works in Nghi Loc district
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 20, the Central Theoretical Council delegation led by Professor, Doctor Ta Ngoc Tan - Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council worked in Nghi Loc district. Attending the meeting was comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Implementing the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels, the economy of Nghi Loc district continues to grow and shift in the right direction. The total production value in 2018 is estimated at nearly 13,300 billion VND. The average income per capita is estimated at 42 million VND/year.
The scale of education and the network of educational facilities in Nghi Loc continue to develop, better meeting the learning needs of the people. The quality of education has many positive changes. By 2018, Nghi Loc had 73/91 schools meeting national standards.
Attention has been paid to people's health care. Poverty reduction policies have been actively implemented by all levels and sectors. The poverty rate has decreased from 16.76% in 2011 to 2.78%.
Party committees at all levels pay attention to building the Party apparatus, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations. The political system's operating methods have many innovations.

From 2010 to present, the district Party Committee has admitted 2,457 new party members, including 17 members who are Catholics. The management effectiveness of authorities at all levels has been improved.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations in the political system operate in a diverse manner in form and practical in content, mobilizing people to effectively carry out local political tasks.
