National Assembly supervision delegation offers incense at Vietnam - Laos Martyrs Cemetery
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 29, the National Assembly's monitoring delegation led by comrade Tran Van Tuy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the delegation's working committee, led the delegation to offer incense and flowers at the Vietnam - Laos Martyrs' Cemetery.

Also going on the Nghe An province side were comrades: Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Thanh Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and leaders of Anh Son district. |
Before the souls of martyrs at the Vietnam - Laos Martyrs Cemetery, comrade Tran Van Tuy and the delegation respectfully bowed and offered incense to commemorate those who sacrificed their lives for the brotherly friendship of the two peoples of Vietnam and Laos.

The National Assembly's monitoring delegation also pledged to make every effort to contribute to building the country into a stronger and more prosperous one; hoping that the souls of the martyrs will bless the nation with peace and prosperity, the country as well as the localities in general, Nghe An province in particular, to develop more and more, and the people to be prosperous and happy.
The Vietnam - Laos Martyrs' Cemetery is located in the center of Anh Son district, covering an area of 6.8 hectares, and is the resting place of 10,367 Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died in Laos. |
