(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 9, the Congress of delegates of the Communist Youth Union of Provincial Agencies organized an incense offering ceremony to commemorate Uncle Ho at Ho Chi Minh Square.

The 7th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An Provincial Agencies is a political event and an important forum for the youth of the provincial agencies to express their confidence in the country's comprehensive and synchronous innovation policy and their determination to build Nghe An into a prosperous province in the North; continue to affirm the role of the Youth Union as a strong arm and a reliable reserve force of the Party, promote the intelligence, responsibility, and creative spirit of the youth to contribute to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the provincial agencies.
