Youth Union gives free haircuts and gifts to disabled children and lonely elderly people
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 14, Tan Xuan Commune Youth Union (Tan Ky) organized free haircuts for poor students, disabled children and lonely elderly people in the commune.

15 volunteers are members and youth from 8 Youth Union branches of Tan Xuan Commune Youth Union, including 10 members who are professional barbers from hair salons in the area, who gave free haircuts to 50 poor students, disabled children, and lonely elderly people in the commune.
Along with that, many other volunteers guide the children on how to maintain personal hygiene, form clean living skills, and keep the surrounding environment clean.
On this occasion, the Commune Youth Union gave gifts, books, personal belongings, etc. to the children, which were donated by benefactors inside and outside the commune.
