Businesses and people need the government to support faster administrative procedures

Applying many advances in science and technology

Anh Son district has implemented Resolution No. 06 quite seriously and systematically, such as: Organizing delegations to visit and study models inside and outside the province; the district Party Committee and government accompanied and created all conditions for administrative procedures, especially land for the establishments, including some separate policies and mechanisms of the district.

In general, the implementation of high-tech and scientific advances in the area is comprehensive, from agricultural production, industry, services and management and operation of Party committees and authorities at all levels.

In the agricultural sector alone, high technology has been applied in a number of models such as: safe tea production and processing according to VietGAP standards in Hung Son commune; application of Israeli greenhouse technology in safe vegetable and fruit production in some communes of Hoi Son and Phuc Son; 2 high-tech pig farming models with a scale of thousands of pigs/batch/model in Hung Son and Dinh Son communes...

Focus on sustainability of high-tech models

In addition to the recognition, the provincial delegation also raised many issues related to the mechanism and policies for science and technology development that have met practical requirements; quality, value and output as well as sustainability of models and products; district resources for investment and development of science and technology; conservation of valuable genetic resources in the area...

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, said that the development of science and technology is an inevitable requirement and demand of development in order to exploit the potential and strengths of the locality, improve production efficiency and people's lives in a practical and sustainable way.

The district needs to continue to pay attention to improving some limitations such as: the application of scientific advances is quite strong, however, the high-tech content in products is not high and the models are not large enough; the coordination between the state, scientists, businesses and farmers to form value chains and promote sustainable high-tech models is not much.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department suggested that the district continue to pay attention to propaganda work, raising awareness among cadres, civil servants, businesses and people about the role and impact of science and technology through practical models to promote stronger development in the coming time.

Focus on integrating programs and resources to ensure investment resources for sustainable model development, avoiding dispersion, small-scale or "short-lived" models; associated with preserving and promoting valuable genetic resources, building key products, products with local brands and trademarks...

The Provincial Party Committee delegation has acknowledged the district's proposal that, in addition to financial support for construction and development of science and technology models, more importantly, the accompaniment and support in quick administrative procedures from authorities at all levels.
