(Baonghean.vn) - The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has just issuedPlan No. 10- KH/TUFebruary 17, 2016 to implementDirective No. 49-CT/TWOctober 20, 2015 of the Secretariat on "Strengthening and innovating the Party's mass mobilization work in ethnic minority areas".
