People trust the Party, the Party understands the people

The work of building the Party politically has always been given importance, thereby contributing significantly to enhancing the political capacity, intelligence, and fighting spirit of the Party organization and cadres and Party members, especially key leaders and managers at all levels; maintaining the Party's working class nature, the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members. The capacity to formulate guidelines and policies has been improved to meet practical requirements.

The research, application and development of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought have received attention from Party committees at all levels. The leadership methods of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels have undergone many innovations, ensuring comprehensive leadership while also focusing on specific points of view at each specific time.

The leadership of Party committees at all levels over the government, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations not only ensures the Party's leadership principles and role, but also creates conditions for the government, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations to be proactive in performing their assigned functions and tasks.

The awareness of Party committees, authorities and the political system about the position and role of ideological work has been significantly raised. The measures and contents of ideological work are increasingly innovated, improved and suitable for each subject and locality.

Departments, branches and the political system have closely coordinated in ideological work, strengthened propaganda and education on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; exchanged and grasped the ideological developments among cadres, party members and people.

People's trust in the Party's leadership and the State's management and administration continues to be consolidated; people trust the Party, the Party understands the people, creating great political and spiritual strength, promoting economic development and stabilizing political security and social order and safety in the whole province.

Party committees and authorities at all levels have had many mechanisms and solutions to encourage, motivate and arouse people to compete in economic development, improve living standards and stabilize society.

Ideological work is always associated with the implementation of directives on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought; especially focusing on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle in the spirit of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.

The team of cadres doing ideological work from the province to the grassroots level has been gradually supplemented and rejuvenated, with professional qualifications and skills. The whole province currently has nearly 180 cadres doing full-time propaganda work from the provincial to district levels.

Facilities serving propaganda and reporting work are invested in and upgraded by Party committees and authorities at all levels in a professional and increasingly modern direction.

The implementation of studying and thoroughly grasping the directives, resolutions and conclusions of the Central and the province has been well implemented by the Party Committees from the province to the grassroots level and has had innovations such as: shifting from traditional learning to online learning. Localities and units have built action programs close to reality and political task requirements.

The struggle on the ideological front, refuting distorted arguments and foiling the "peaceful evolution" plot, has been seriously implemented.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee has directed the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, unions, district and city Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees to include the content of fighting to protect the Party's ideological foundation and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the annual work program in accordance with the socio-economic development situation of localities and units.

Ideological work must come first.

In the coming time, continuing to innovate the Party building work in terms of politics and ideology, Party committees and authorities at all levels will continue to pay attention to summarizing practices, researching theories, and investing adequately in theoretical research to creatively apply and develop Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought on socialism and the path to socialism.

Continue to innovate the Party's leadership methods; resolutely and persistently implement Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure) on Party building and rectification in conjunction with Directive No. 05 of the Politburo and regulations on setting examples.

Research on Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought must be associated with practical activities, practically serving the tasks of local socio-economic development.

Propaganda work, political and ideological education, and building a contingent of truly pioneering and exemplary cadres and party members need to continue to be strongly innovated and improve quality; strengthen forecasting work, summarize practices, and develop theory.

Ideological work also needs to continue to be identified as the task of all levels, sectors, and the entire political system. Ideological work must take the lead, constantly innovating the work of grasping and orienting ideology and public opinion...
