The team of reporters needs to increase exchanges and dialogues to create consensus in society.

At the conference, the reporters were informed by the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department about Resolution No. 50-NQ/TW dated August 20, 2019 of the Politburo on orientations for perfecting institutions and policies, improving the quality and effectiveness of foreign investment cooperation by 2030.

The Resolution aims to fundamentally overcome the existing limitations and shortcomings in the construction, completion and implementation of institutions and policies on foreign investment cooperation with 7 key tasks and solutions. Specifically, it includes completing common institutions and policies related to investment attraction, investment management and supervision, protection and enhancing investor responsibility; innovating and improving the effectiveness of investment promotion; improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of foreign investment; strengthening the leadership of the Party, promoting the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the field of foreign investment...

Regarding Conclusion No. 54-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement the Resolution of the 7th Central Committee (10th tenure), it was determined that agriculture, farmers and rural areas have a long-term strategic position and are the top priority tasks in the cause of socio-economic development of our country. From there, the Politburo requested Party committees at all levels, authorities, enterprises, cadres, Party members and people of all walks of life to focus on effectively implementing the tasks and solutions stated in the Resolution in order to continue to organize and successfully complete the goals by 2020, with a vision to 2025.

Reporters at the conference were also informed about the socio-economic situation of Nghe An province in the first 9 months of 2019.

Regarding the current situation at home and abroad, the Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested the team of reporters to proactively update information to promptly orient propaganda when "hot" issues arise. Propaganda content must closely follow the Party's guidelines, policies, and viewpoints and the State's policies and laws.

For individuals and organizations that have incorrect, incomplete or distorted perceptions of the Party's viewpoints and policies, reporters and propagandists need to increase exchanges and dialogues to raise awareness, create consensus in society, and promote the strength of national solidarity in the face of complex issues arising in the new situation.

Regarding the propaganda orientation in the coming time, comrade Kha Van Tam suggested that the team of reporters should focus on propagating Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Congress of the Party; Resolution No. 37-NQ/TW dated December 24, 2018 of the Politburo on the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels; results of 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 100-KL/TW dated August 18, 2014 of the Secretariat of the 11th tenure on "innovation and improvement of the quality of investigation, grasping and researching public opinion".

Regarding provincial-level programs and activities, it is necessary to continue to widely launch the second peak emulation campaign "Nghe An follows Uncle Ho's teachings" and the contest to learn about the 90th anniversary of the Party's founding.
