Thai Hoa town police have just arrested two subjects for fraud and property appropriation in Thai Hoa, Nghia Dan, and Quy Hop areas.

Notably, among them is Nguyen Thi Nhat (residing in hamlet 4, Nghia An commune, Nghia Dan district) who is only 17 years old. The remaining subject is Nguyen Van Huy (born in 1993, residing in Bac Son hamlet, Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop).

Previously, in early April 2016, Thai Hoa Town Police received a report about two subjects committing fraud and appropriating property operating in Thai Hoa Town. Determining that these subjects were mobile and difficult to control, Thai Hoa Town Police established Project 0416L to combat this type of fraud.

During the verification process, using many professional measures, the task force conducted a search inside and outside the area. And on April 8, two subjects were arrested, Nguyen Thi Nhat and Nguyen Van Huy.

At the investigation agency, the two subjects confessed to having committed 6 frauds, appropriating 5 motorbikes and 1 Oppo mobile phone. The total value was nearly 90 million VND.

Currently, Thai Hoa town police are continuing to investigate and expand the case.
