Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station gives gifts to poor Catholic families

(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the National Day September 2, on August 28, Border Guard Station 148 Quynh Thuan organized a visit and gave gifts to the family of parishioner Hoang Quang Chuyen in Mai Giang 1 hamlet, Loc Thuy parish, Quynh Bang commune and the family of Mr. Bui Huynh in hamlet 9 of Van Thai parish, Son Hai commune (Quynh Luu).

The two Catholic families mentioned abovehave difficult circumstances in the district.Border Guard Station 148 Quynh Thuan has deducted part of the salary and allowances of the entire unit's officers and soldiers to give the family of parishioner Hoang Quang Chuyen a cow worth 8 million VND and gave 2 million VND to the family of Mr. Bui Huynh.

Through this meaningful activity, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station hopes to contribute to helping Catholic families reduce difficulties, continue to develop the economy to stabilize their lives.
