Thong Thu Border Guard Station gives gifts to fire victims

(Baonghean.vn) - On February 5, Thong Thu Border Post, Nghe An Border Guard visited and gave gifts to the family of Mr. Ngan Van Binh whose house burned down in Hiep Phong village, Thong Thu commune.

Previously, at 10:00 p.m. on January 31 (the 4th day of the Lunar New Year) in Hiep Phong village, Thong Thu commune, Que Phong district, a fire broke out, burning down the entire house and belongings of Mr. Ngan Van Binh's family.

Mr. Binh's family is poor. To help share and encourage Mr. Binh's family, Thong Thu Border Guard Station visited, encouraged and presented gifts including blankets, mosquito nets and clothes worth 2 million VND.

This is the amount of money that officers and soldiers of Thong Thu Border Guard Station voluntarily contributed to help the family overcome immediate difficulties./.
