Donald Trump gets his head scratched on American TV show

Donald Trump agreed to let a host ruffle his hair and hopes people at his next campaign event will understand if his hair is untidy.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump appeared on NBC's "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on September 15. Fallon said this might be the last time he offered to do something mundane to Trump if the billionaire wins the race for the White House against Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.

"Can I ruffle your hair?", AFP quoted Fallon as saying. The crowd below cheered, showing their delight at this suggestion.

“The answer is yes,” Trump said. “But the people of New Hampshire, where I’ll be in an hour, I hope they understand.”

Fallon reached out with her right hand and ruffled Trump's hair. The Republican candidate then broke into a big smile.
