On the morning of November 17, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Secretariat's Decision to transfer and appoint comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

In his acceptance speech, comrade Le Hong Vinh expressed his honor to receive the decision on assignment and appointment from comrade Hoang Dang Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, on behalf of the Politburo, to join the Party Central Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

He respectfully thanked the Politburo, the Central Party Secretariat, and the Central Organizing Committee for entrusting him with the new responsibility; and respectfully thanked the comrades in the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Party Executive Committees of Quang Tri and Nghe An provinces for supporting and creating favorable conditions for him to work at the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.

He expressed his honor to be assigned by the Central Committee to work in this land of outstanding people, rich in heroic historical traditions, where the culture of Hoanh Son - Nhat Le, Ben Hai - Vinh Linh blends, the birthplace of outstanding revolutionary leaders such as the late General Secretary Le Duan, General Vo Nguyen Giap and the resting place of tens of thousands of heroic martyrs who heroically fell for the peace and unification of the country and seriously carried out and was ready to accept the new mission.

At present, the whole country in general and Quang Tri province in particular are actively concretizing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress with a specific action program, actively reviewing and perfecting the model, improving the operational efficiency of the 2-level local government, promoting decentralization, promoting the creative power of grassroots government associated with reducing administrative procedures and digital transformation...

In that context, in his newly assigned position, comrade Le Hong Vinh affirmed to always strive, constantly study, cultivate, practice and effectively apply the knowledge and experience accumulated during his work; continue to inherit and promote the achievements and lessons learned from his predecessors, comrades and colleagues; uphold the pioneering and exemplary spirit.

At the same time, well implement the Party's leadership principles and methods; be proactive, close to the grassroots, quickly learn about the culture, closely follow the locality; be close to, respect, listen to, and absorb the opinions of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, cadres, party members and the people with a spirit of respect, openness, and learning, always uphold and promote the tradition of solidarity and unity within the Party Committee, always take high responsibility in work for the common development of the province.

He affirmed: “Quickly grasp the work to carry out assigned tasks, properly perform the roles, responsibilities and operating regulations, according to the assignment of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, strive to soon achieve the goal: “Building Quang Tri to become a new growth pole in the Central region; strive by 2045, Quang Tri will become a fairly developed province, a unique energy, logistics and tourism center of the whole country”.

Sincerely thank and seriously accept and fully grasp the profound instructions of Comrade Hoang Dang Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, new Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, considering this as a key and important orientation to work with the Party Central Committee, Standing Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to strive to fulfill the assigned responsibilities well.
