On the morning of December 15, 2019, Tuong Duong District Party Committee organized a collective and individual review of the Standing Committee. Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended and directed the Conference.

In 2019, the Standing Committee of Tuong Duong District Party Committee promptly and thoroughly disseminated the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life. Tuong Duong is the first district to successfully organize a contest to learn about Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Studying and following the ideology, morality and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh" in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII). Organized 35 dialogues between leaders of Party committees and authorities with the people. Led and directed the arrangement of the apparatus, streamlining the payroll and restructuring the staff, civil servants and public employees. Timely guided and deployed the work of Party Congresses at all levels in conjunction with preparing the contents of the District Party Congress, term XXVII, term 2020 - 2025.

In 2019, despite many difficulties and disadvantages, with the drastic direction and management of the Standing Committee, 20/25 targets were achieved and exceeded (of which 11 targets were exceeded). Economic growth rate increased by 7.1%; budget revenue reached 148%; the new rural construction movement continued to be maintained. Culture and society continued to receive attention, people's lives were increasingly improved, the poverty rate decreased from 30.48% (in 2018) to 24.29%. National defense and security were maintained. Administrative reform had many positive changes. The overcoming of shortcomings and limitations pointed out in 2018 was seriously, promptly and effectively implemented by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of Tuong Duong District Party Committee also seriously pointed out some shortcomings and limitations in leadership and direction in 2019, which are: Ideological leadership has not really been innovated; the quality of Party cell activities is not high; the work of grasping public opinion and ideological developments among the people in some places and at some times is not timely; some goals have not been achieved as planned, lacking sustainability; the situation of exploiting natural resources and forest products on a small scale still occurs; the number of students dropping out of school is still high; the situation of crime and social evils is complicated. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee also proposed 8 tasks and solutions to overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out in 2019 in all areas.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated the preparation of the review content; acknowledged and commended the positive results achieved in the leadership, direction and implementation of political tasks in all areas of Tuong Duong district. He also seriously pointed out the limitations and shortcomings in 2019, and at the same time oriented a number of tasks and solutions in 2020, paying special attention to the preparation of conditions for Party Congresses at all levels towards the district Party Congress, provincial Party Congress and the 13th National Congress of the Party.
