Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended and directed the Conference. Also attending were representatives of the Party building committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office. Comrade Ho Le Ngoc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee chaired the conference.

In 2022, with the spirit of solidarity, unity, and strict implementation of the principle of democratic centralism, the collective leadership of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee led and directed the agency to excellently complete assigned tasks.

The Committee has thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, resolutions, directives, decisions and conclusions of superiors; proactively developed and organized the implementation of the agency's work programs; led and directed the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to issue 73 documents; monitored, urged and directed the settlement of 09 cases and incidents under the monitoring and direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, of which 4 cases and incidents have been directed and urged to be completely handled and removed from the monitoring list.

In addition, in 2022, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee also advised on the successful organization of many important conferences on internal affairs, anti-corruption, anti-negativity, and judicial reform; advised the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Secretary to organize monthly internal affairs meetings and regular public receptions seriously and effectively.

Directly issued 985 documents of the Committee to urge, guide and implement tasks on internal affairs, prevention and fight against corruption, negativity and judicial reform. The Committee also grasped, monitored, urged the handling and effective resolution of 5 corruption and negativity cases of public concern. Directed the good work of grasping the situation, proactively advising the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to direct and handle corruption and negativity cases, complex and prominent issues of public concern.

In 2022, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee advised the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to deploy 4 inspection teams, 2 supervision teams and 2 inspection teams of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee for 9 units and localities to ensure quality and progress.

Through inspection and supervision, many shortcomings and limitations in leadership, direction and implementation were discovered, including a recommendation to recover VND 363,516 million to the State budget; a request to reduce the amount of VND 655,086 million when examining and approving the final settlement of completed projects..

In particular, in 2022, as the Standing Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee on anti-corruption and negativity, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee proactively developed and advised the Provincial Steering Committee to promptly and fully promulgate documents, regulations, statutes, instructions, work programs, and fully, promptly and effectively implement other tasks assigned by the Steering Committee, the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee and the Head of the Committee.

The work of fighting to prevent and repel degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party, associated with studying and following the moral example and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh, and the work of fighting against waste has also been seriously and effectively directed by the collective leadership of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee... With the results achieved, in 2022, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee was classified by the Provincial Party Committee as having excellently completed its tasks.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the review preparation work; highly agreed with the review report and the results achieved as well as the spirit of solidarity, openness, discipline, order and responsibility of the collective leadership of the Internal Affairs Committee in performing the assigned tasks.

The Provincial Party Secretary also emphasized that in 2022, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee has gradually affirmed its role and position as a center connecting agencies in the bloc and localities and units to effectively advise the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on internal affairs, preventing and combating corruption, negativity, judicial reform, especially in resolving complicated cases and incidents. The above results of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee have made very important contributions to ensuring political security and social order and safety of the province in 2022.

In the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary hopes that the collective leadership of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee will continue to promote the achieved results, focus on further improving the quality of timely advice and ensuring the quality of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negative Affairs on internal affairs, anti-corruption and negative affairs, judicial reform.
