According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, over the past 24 hours (from 7:00 AM on October 2nd to 3:00 AM on October 3rd), the area from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh experienced moderate to heavy rain, with some places experiencing very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Forecasts indicate that from October 3rd to 4th, the area from Nghe An to Quang Tri will experience moderate to heavy rain, with some areas experiencing very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
The central and southern central regions, the Central Highlands, and the southern region will experience showers and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing heavy rain.
