Using strange chemicals to produce fried dough sticks in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) – At 8:45 a.m. on April 6, at Block 5, Doi Cung Ward (Vinh City), the Environmental Crime Prevention Police Department (PC49) discovered and caught a doughnut production facility using additives and liquids of unknown origin.

The owner of the facility is Mr. Doi Van Thinh (born in 1970, residing in Block 5, Doi Cung Ward, Vinh City). The authorities caught this facility red-handed using food additives in the process of processing and producing fried dough sticks.
Authorities seized 14 kg of white powder, 21 liters of liquid, all of unknown origin, and 21 kg of finished fried dough sticks.

During the inspection, the owner of the facility could not present documents and procedures related to production and business activities.
The case is currently being investigated by the authorities.
