Threatened to kill neighbor's family with explosives because of a grudge 2 years ago

While drunk, Hia suddenly remembered a conflict with a neighbor 2 years ago, so he ran home to get a homemade explosive and threatened to kill his opponent's entire family.

On June 30, the Investigation Police Agency of Ba To District Police, Quang Ngai announced that it had arrested Pham Van Hia (33 years old, in Ba To Commune, Ba To District) to investigate the act of "Threatening to kill".

About 2 years ago, Hia had a conflict with Mr. Pham Van Khe (living in Ba To commune, Ba To district) because he thought that he wrongly accused Hia of holding toxic drugs that killed many people. Recently, while drinking with a group of friends, Hia suddenly remembered the personal conflict 2 years ago, so he took a homemade explosive to the victim's house and threatened to kill Mr. Pham Van Khe and his wife.

Seeing that, Mr. Khe and his wife ran away, but Pham Van Hia chased after them and threatened to throw explosives. Running to Highway 24, Mr. Pham Van Khe and his wife used sticks to fight back and escaped, then went to the police to report. After receiving the report, the Ba To District Police Department investigated and issued an emergency arrest warrant for Pham Van Hia and the evidence.

At the police station, Pham Van Hia confessed that he had previously picked up explosives and fuses in Gia Lai province and then brought them back to his hometown to make his own explosives for the purpose of going fishing on the river. But while drunk, he remembered an old conflict and used the explosives to threaten and take revenge.
