Also on the car were Le Duc Vu (born in 1986), Vo Duc Tam (born in 1984), both residing in Ngoc Hoi, Kon Tum; Bui Van Binh (born in 1977), residing in Dai Loc, Quang Nam. Previously, at 0:30 on December 25, 2017, in Yen Thanh town area, Yen Thanh district police coordinated with Traffic Police Team 1/7 of Nghe An Police Traffic Police Department to inspect pickup truck with license plate 43C-16743 driven by Phan Van Liem (born in 1983), residing in Zone 1, Ai Nghia town, Dai Loc, Quang Nam.

Through inspection, the vehicle was found to be carrying 326 foreign-made fireworks, 36 pieces each, with a total weight of 450 kg.

Currently, the district police are detaining the subjects, vehicles and exhibits to handle according to the provisions of law.
