Using a motorbike to pull more than 200kg of explosives to sell

On the afternoon of July 14, information from Ha Tinh Police said that the unit caught a subject transporting explosives and seized a number of exhibits related to the case.
Previously, at the North of Deo Ngang tunnel, the Investigation Security Department coordinated with the Traffic Police Department to arrest Nguyen Duc Hanh (born in 1970, residing in Ba Don town, Quang Binh province) using a tractor to transport explosives for sale.
During the search, the authorities seized over 215 kg of explosives (bomb type), 1,000 detonators and 49 meters of slow-burning fuse.
At the investigation agency, Nguyen Duc Hanh confessed that the above explosives were hired by an unknown person in the Song Danh bridge area - Ba Don town to transport to Vung Ang area (Ha Tinh) for sale with a fee of 1.5 million VND.
