Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police have just broken up a case, arresting 4 subjects led by Ta Chi Hoang (28 years old), residing in An Lac, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, along with related evidence for the act of forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations.

The subjects involved include: Nguyen Hong Quan (25 years old), residing in Thanh Cong ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi; Nguy Minh Ta (25 years old), residing in ward 4, district 5, Ho Chi Minh City and Tran Xuan Lai (28 years old), residing in Tan Cang ward, Thuan An town, Phu Vang district, Thua Thien Hue province.

At the police station, the subjects confessed that when customers wanted to make fake diplomas and certificates, they would contact Hoang directly through the Zalo account that the subject posted publicly on the website with prices ranging from 1 to 4 million VND/1 diploma or certificate. After reaching an agreement, the customer would provide necessary information such as: personal information, photos, type of diploma... to serve the purpose of making fake diplomas and certificates. When completed, the subjects would send them to the customer by post.
From April 30 to May 5, Ta Chi Hoang and the above 3 subjects successfully executed 199 documents of agencies and organizations, illegally profiting about over 300 million VND.
Currently, the police are continuing to consolidate the case for processing./.
