At this time, Linh asked Nhia, “Did you see two of my acquaintances standing at the gate of heaven?”. “Yes,” Nhia replied. Then, Linh invited Nhia to go with him to “get 30 million VND in goods.” At this time, Nhia knew that his brother sold drugs to those two people, so he agreed to go with him.

When he arrived, he saw two men waiting. Following his brother's instructions, Nhia went to get the money. However, the customer refused to give it to him because "the goods had not been checked yet".

Nhia went to the place his brother had pointed out to get the plastic bag containing the drugs. At the same time, Nhia saw his brother coming with a homemade gun, so he gave the drugs to Linh. After that, both of them walked to the area where the two men were standing.

At the customer’s request, Linh had the heroin tested. The customer praised the “good stuff” and then made a drug transaction. While the two parties were buying and selling the “goods”, they were caught red-handed by the Ky Son Police Task Force. Ha Bua Linh and the two drug buyers escaped, while Ha Ba Nhia was arrested by the police with more than 200 grams of evidence.

At the trial, the defendant did not admit to drug trafficking. The defendant said he only went to get money to help his brother and did not know about the drug trafficking. Nhi said he had not received the money before being arrested by the police. Although he did not admit guilt, in his final statement, the defendant asked the court to reduce his sentence.

The Trial Panel determined that, based on the collected documents and evidence, the Procuracy's prosecution of the defendant for illegal drug trafficking was the right person, the right crime, and the right law.

Considering the case as a whole, the court sentenced the defendant Ha Ba Nhia to 18 years in prison. As for the defendant's brother Ha Bua Linh, the police investigation agency initiated a case and issued an arrest warrant.wanted, when caught will be processed later.
