(Baonghean.vn) - Continuing the program of meeting voters before the 3rd session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, on the afternoon of November 19, delegates of the Provincial People's Council: Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Phan Thi Hoan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Party Committee; Ms. Le Thi Vinh - Chairman of the Labor Federation of Nghia Dan district had a meeting with nearly 100 voters in Nghia Lam commune (Nghia Dan).

At the meeting, the delegation of the Provincial People's Council informed voters about the socio-economic situation in 2016 and the expected content, program and time of the 3rd session of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII. The session is expected to take place from December 14 to 16. This session will consider 22 reports and pass 32 resolutions.

At the meeting, voters proposed a number of issues such as the implementation of the project to relocate 9 households for 12 years but still have not been granted land certificates; the 500kW power line passing through people's houses is not guaranteed and safe; the bridge over Sao River, the permitted load is under 13 tons, but tank trucks carrying over 40 tons still pass through, greatly affecting the load of the bridge; the problem of solving land certificates for people; the hamlet meeting hall is located in the area managed by the school, making it difficult for people to live; the construction of a pumping station in Lang Lam hamlet to serve irrigation for 100 hectares of Lang Dan fields...

Voter Ly Hong Duong in Dong Lam hamlet raised a number of issues such as the TH project has been implemented for 9 years, the resettlement area has not been implemented, people are facing difficulties due to degraded electricity, some families with married children do not have houses... He requested the province to quickly resolve the relocation to stabilize people's lives.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Linh - head of the central hamlet raised the issue of granting land use right certificates.

After listening to voters' opinions and wishes, comrade Le Xuan Dai accepted and responded to the contents within his authority and promised to convey these recommendations and proposals to People's Councils at all levels at the upcoming session.
