Some notes such as the exam registration location and the exam council are special, we were reminded by our homeroom teacher to fill in correctly. I am trying to get into the People's Police University, so I will register for the exam to get the university admission results.

To facilitate the registration of candidates, Thai Lao High School had previously sent clerical staff to each class to guide students through the online registration steps. This morning, the school will continue to guide students in any classes that are unclear.

Through the practice of accompanying students in the process of registering for the exam, teacher Nguyen Thi Kim Quy - in charge of the school's documents said: Through disseminating information to students and letting them register for a trial a few days ago, I found that the registration process was quite smooth, the students almost did not encounter any difficulties. Only a few students registered wrong personal information, we have reviewed and asked them to register correctly. According to the plan, the registration will take place in 1 week but we will complete it early in 2 or 3 days. For students who are not clear about the registration steps, the school will support them directly.

Trends in choosing Social Science subject combinations

To prepare forHigh school graduation exam 2024According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, from May 2 to May 10, candidates will officially register for the exam on the exam management system of the Ministry of Education and Training. Meanwhile, independent candidates will register directly at the document collection points prescribed by the Department of Education and Training.

In Nghe An, it is expected that this year the whole province will have nearly 40,000 candidates from high schools or vocational education - continuing education centers or continuing education centers registering for the exam. In addition to registering information according to regulations, candidates will also register for the subjects they plan to take the exam, in addition to the 3 compulsory subjects of Math - Literature - English.

In class 12 A2 - Thai Lao High School, although the candidates have not completed the exam, through previous understanding, 3/4 of the candidates will choose to register for the Natural Science subject group exam (Physics - Chemistry - Biology).

Teacher Hoang Thi Lan Oanh - homeroom teacher said: My class is a natural science class and more than 90% of students want to go to university, so they tend to register for elective subjects which are the subjects they use for university admission. Only nearly 10 students who choose to study abroad or not go to university register for the Social Science subject group (History - Geography - Civic Education). Since the beginning of the school year, we have also organized review sessions for students according to the subjects they registered for.

According to a previous survey, about 60% of Thai Lao High School students are expected to apply for university admission this year. The number of students registering for the Social Science subject group is still dominant with more than 200 students. Meanwhile, the Natural Science subject group will have more than 80 students registering.

This year, the school has registered to ensure quality and set a target of 6.99 points for the average score of grade 12 students, so right after students complete their exam registration and complete the main curriculum, the school will continue to accelerate exam preparation for grade 12 students. It is expected that the exam preparation will last until June 20, 1 week before the official exam takes place.

At Que Phong High School, according to initial registration, out of nearly 550 candidates taking the exam this year, 518 candidates registered for the Social Science subject group. Of the remaining, only about 30 students registered for the Natural Science subject group. Less than 30% of the entire school's students are expected to register for the university entrance exam.

Teacher Nguyen Thi Chiem - homeroom teacher of class 12A3 said: My class has 34 students and 100% of them will register for the Social Science subject group. Previously, many students did not plan to go to university, but I think that after official registration, the number of registered students will increase to about 20 students. Whether or not the students go to university, we will try our best to organize review sessions for them, helping them grasp the knowledge and confidently enter the 2024 High School Graduation Exam.

Exam registration will also be the basis for schools to organize exam review for students.

According to the plan, the 2024 High School Graduation Exam will take place on June 27-28. Candidates will take 5 exams, including 3 independent exams: Math, Literature, Foreign Language (English, Russian, French, Chinese, German, Japanese and Korean); 1 combined exam of Natural Sciences including the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology; or 1 combined exam of Social Sciences including the subjects of History, Geography, Civic Education for candidates studying the high school education program.

Meanwhile, for candidates studying the regular education program, the component subjects will be History and Geography.
