Voter Cao Van Keng(Dien Thanh commune, Dien Chau district) reported the land recovery of his family in 2003 and 2013, total area of 259 m2but there is no decision to reclaim land and no compensation; although petitioned many times but not resolved.
Voter Nguyen Dinh Hoai(Van Son commune, Do Luong district) reported that his family was sold land by the People's Committee of Van Son commune without authority in 2006 but until now has not been granted a land use right certificate.
Voters Chu Thi Thanh Tam, Dinh Thi Thanh, Nguyen Thi Khuong, Tran Thi Xuan, Chu Van Tinh, Le Van Tuan(Hung Hoa commune, Vinh city) reported that the site clearance for the Viet Lao Urban Area project has been handed over to the investor but the families have not been compensated according to regulations. Requesting competent authorities to consider and resolve.
Voter Tran Huy Chinh(Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district) reported that his family has a plot of land belonging to the North-South expressway project with an area of 3,218 m2.2, but not enough compensation for the recovered area.

Voter Ho Dien Thuc(Quynh Luong commune, Quynh Luu district) requested the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district to completely resolve his petition regarding compensation for site clearance for the Quynh Luong Primary School project.
Voter Dao Duc Chuyen(Quynh Thuan commune, Quynh Luu district) reported that Nghe An Minerals Company in Quynh Thuan commune bought shares of Salt Company 2, including 3 plots of land with an area of over 8,000 m2right next to Quynh Thuan kindergarten. Since buying shares, it has been more than 10 years since production has been organized and left fallow, while Quynh Thuan kindergarten has a small land area, not enough to build facilities to serve teaching for children in the commune. Voters have repeatedly reported the matter to the Commune People's Committee and District People's Committee, but it has not been resolved.
Voter Le Thi Lien(Hung Thinh commune, Hung Nguyen district) requested Vinh City People's Committee to promptly resolve the issue of changing agricultural land certificates for households in hamlet 10 Hung Thinh to merge into Vinh Tan ward.

Voter Bui Quang Tho(Hoi Son commune, Anh Son district) requested the competent authority to promptly resolve the issuance of land use right certificates to Ms. Phan Thi Tuyet in Dinh Cuong village, Dinh Son commune and Mr. Vo Tien Luy in Village 5, Khai Son commune.
Voter Nguyen Xuan Hoc(Nghi Yen commune, Nghi Loc district) reported the pollution situation at Nghi Yen landfill, Nghi Loc district; requested the Provincial People's Council to direct specialized agencies to inspect and take remedial measures.
Construction, traffic and urban management fields:
Voter Duong Van Ha (Quan Bau ward, Vinh city) reported that households living in the resettlement area of the 72m road project and the Ancient Citadel project in block 7, Quan Bau ward since 2016 have not yet been given names for house numbers and alleys, causing inconvenience to people's lives. Request the Provincial People's Committee to direct the resolution.
Voter Vo Van Hoa (Binh Son commune, Anh Son district) proposed supporting funding for investment in building a centralized landfill and better ensuring construction works in Binh Son commune, Anh Son district so that the commune can soon reach the new rural finish line.

Voter Hoang Duc Thang (Nghia Hanh commune, Tan Ky district) reported the situation of overloaded vehicles frequently circulating, damaging Highway 534D from Ho Chi Minh trail to Phu Son bridge; requested the province to direct a thorough handling.
Voter Nguyen My Lam (Cua Nam ward, Vinh city) requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the complete handling of the recent domestic water pollution situation and give specific answers to the people about water prices.
Voter Nguyen Van Hung (Tan Huong commune, Tan Ky district) reported that the Cau Troi - Lang Rao road is damaged and degraded, about 2 km has been rebuilt but construction is currently suspended. Request the Provincial People's Committee to direct and continue construction.
Voter Le Van Thinh (Le Loi ward, Vinh city) reported that the 12m road connecting Phan Boi Chau street with Ly Thuong Kiet street, which had been planned for expansion since 2012, has not yet been implemented. People are facing many difficulties in daily life and travel.
Education and internal affairs
Voter Nguyen Thi Mai (Minh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district) reported that she was a music teacher at Minh Thanh primary school since 2007, and in 2016 was transferred to teach preschool. However, Minh Thanh primary school is currently lacking music teachers, but she has not been able to return to primary school as she wished.
Voter Tran Van Hung (Le Loi ward, Vinh city) reported that the State Treasury of the province issued a document to temporarily stop paying salaries to civil servants and employees at public service units pending approval of autonomous sources, which affected the rights and interests of civil servants and employees.

Voter Vo Van Hoa (Binh Son commune, Anh Son district) proposed to support the purchase of health insurance cards for households with average living standards in ethnic minority areas and proposed to support funding for ethnic minority children raised at SOS Village when they go to college and university.
Voter Chu Thi Hue (Hung Hoa commune, Vinh city) reported that her husband, Mr. Hoang Nghia Duong, passed away in 1995. In 2001, she submitted documents to receive her husband's pension at the City Insurance, but her documents were not accepted and the response was that her family had submitted documents and received the pension once, but in fact she and her family had not received it. Request the City Insurance to re-examine the matter and ensure the rights of citizens.
