For Ms. Nga, the most memorable time is still the years working at Mon Son 2 Kindergarten, one of the most difficult areas in the district with a separate school in Khe Bung and Co Phat villages at the headwaters of Khe Khang, more than 20 km away. There, the Dan Lai people's lives were still poor, and they did not have the means to care for their children's education.

Grasping the actual situation, especially the difficulties in the infrastructure system, Ms. Pham Thi Nga advised her superiors to merge the separate schools to concentrate the investment funds for building schools. Her advice was directed to be implemented, initially 12 villages with 12 schools, later merging to 5 schools, helping the locality to concentrate resources and build a solid school system.

From many difficulties, Ms. Nga has contributed step by step to help Mon Son 2 Kindergarten rise and reach national standards level 1. To achieve this result, the female principal really "rolled around", staying close to the schools every day, following each class, always thinking of ways to innovate and improve quality.

"I consider the school my home, and dedicate all my responsibility and capacity to the education sector," said Ms. Nga.
