Disturbing public order: The price of impulsiveness.

NPV - 03/06/2026 21:56
Recently, the Nghe An Provincial Police have repeatedly discovered and dealt with groups of teenagers who gathered to ride motorcycles recklessly, weaving in and out of traffic, and causing public disorder. Most of these young people, aged 15-17, did not have driver's licenses, yet they considered performing stunts like wheelies and causing disturbances as a way to show off their courage. Only when faced with legal consequences did many of them break down in tears, bowing their heads in remorse, belatedly realizing the price they had to pay for their youthful recklessness.
