Jealous man kills wife and puts corpse under his arm to sleep until morning

On July 31, the Investigation Police Agency of Tuyen Quang Province Police issued a decision to prosecute and detain Bui Van Chuan (48 years old), residing in Son Duong town, Son Duong district (Tuyen Quang) for murder.

At the investigation agency, Bui Van Chuan confessed that at around 7:30 p.m. on July 27, after dinner, he saw his wife, Luong Thi Muot (43 years old), change clothes and ride a motorbike out. Suspecting that his wife was with someone else, Chuan also took his motorbike and followed her. After traveling about 5km, he saw his wife turn into a house with a sign and lights on (the subject was illiterate), so he returned home.

At around 11pm, Ms. Muot returned home and the two went to bed. After having sex, Chuan and his wife had a conflict and argued. Seeing his wife throw the knife on the bedside table at him in challenge, Chuan was so angry that he stabbed his wife many times, leading to her death.

After that, Chuan took off the two rings on his wife's hand and the broken necklace, along with the money in the trunk of his car, and put them in the closet. He also called his daughter (who was married far away from home) and his uncle's younger brother, but no one answered the phone. Because he had severe diabetes, when he drank alcohol, he felt uncomfortable, so he went to bed, put his wife's body on his arm, and slept.

On the morning of July 28, Chuan's daughter saw a missed call from her father home but no one answered. Sensing something was wrong, she called her grandparents across the street to check. When they opened the door, they saw Chuan and Ms. Muot lying on the bed with blood stains all around. They reported it to the police and took Chuan to the emergency room in a coma.

During the investigation of the scene, the Criminal Police Department, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police determined that this was a murder case with a dangerous nature and sent a working group to guard the subject who was being treated at the hospital. In the afternoon of the same day, Chuan woke up and used an IV line to tie himself around his neck with the intention of committing suicide, but was discovered and stopped by the working group in time.

Meeting Chuan at the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police, he cried and said the reason he stabbed his wife to death was because he loved her too much.

Recently, he often heard information that his wife had someone else, plus he occasionally saw his wife taking pictures or texting... because he couldn't read, Chuan became jealous, even though he had never seen Ms. Muot with anyone...
