Extension of inspection deadline for Vietnam-Laos project on Lenin Avenue, Vinh city
(Baonghean.vn) - According to a source from Nghe An Newspaper, the inspection of the project of Commercial Service Area, Office for Lease, Villa Housing in Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City had to extend the inspection deadline.
On August 15, 2023, the Provincial Inspectorate issued Decision No. 234/QD-TTr to inspect the project of Commercial Service Area, Office for Lease, Villa Housing in Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City; the inspection period is 45 days.
Regarding the project of Commercial Service Area, Office for rent, Villas in Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City, invested by Vietnam-Laos Economic Cooperation Corporation. The project is implemented on a land area of 4,054m2.2belongs to Hung Dung ward (Vinh city), the West borders Le Nin Avenue, the East borders the residential planning road, the South borders Nhu Ngoc Company Limited (now Toan Thang Hotel - PV), the North borders Honda car dealership.
Since 2010,Vietnam Laos Economic Cooperation Corporationhas been granted an Investment Certificate and detailed construction planning to implement the project of Commercial Service Area, Office for rent, Villa housing in Hung Dung ward, Vinh city. The project includes a building with a height of up to 22 floors with the function of commercial services, office for rent and high-rise apartment housing and 2 lots of 4-storey villa housing with an area of each lot up to over 720m22.
However, as of April 1, 2022, the 4,054.0m2 land2The project of Commercial Service Area, Office for Lease, High-rise Apartment Building was inspected by the Provincial People's Council's Thematic Supervision Team. The results have been made public in the press. Up to now, the project has been inspected 3 times by the provincial interdisciplinary inspection team (in 2013, 2016 and 2021); land area of 4,054 m2has been "chopped up" into 3 projects with 3 different investors.
Regarding the inspection of the project of Commercial Service Area, Office for Lease, Villa Housing in Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City, up to now, it has exceeded the time limit according to Decision No. 234/QD-TTr dated August 15, 2023 of the Provincial Inspectorate.
According to the source of Nghe An Newspaper reporter, this is a complicated inspection, involving many sectors, fields, agencies, organizations, individuals, and needs to consult with relevant central agencies. Therefore, the Head of the interdisciplinary inspection team has proposed to the Provincial Chief Inspector to extend the inspection period of the Inspection Team. The recommendation of the Head of the interdisciplinary inspection team has been approved by the Provincial Chief Inspector.
On August 28, 2023, some issues related to the project of Commercial Service Area, Office for Lease, Villa Housing in Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City were reported by Nghe An Electronic Newspaper in the article "Finding the answer to the problem of the project on the Boulevard being "chopped up".
