Forging the seal and signature of the Ministry of Education leaders to sell books

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, in recent days, a number of departments of education and training and educational institutions have received documents sent by post by the Vietnam Education Development and Support Investment Joint Stock Company.

This document consists of two documents. The first is Official Dispatch No. 4498/BGDĐT-PC dated September 3, 2015 of the Ministry of Education and Training guiding the tasks of the 2015-2016 school year on legal work (with red seal).

The second is document No. 1975/HTGDVN dated October 5, 2015 of Vietnam Education Development and Support Investment Joint Stock Company on supplementing and improving the quality of law bookcases in schools (with a list of books for sale).

Today, October 15, the Ministry of Education and Training sent an official dispatch to educational institutions confirming that Official Dispatch No. 4498/BGDĐT-PC dated September 3, 2015 of the Ministry was posted on the Ministry's electronic information portal and sent to the departments of education and training via email, not sending a paper copy by post.

Therefore, Official Dispatch No. 4498/BGDĐT-PC of Vietnam Education Development and Support Investment Joint Stock Company sent to the Department of Education and Training and educational institutions with the purpose of selling books with signs of forged signatures and suspected use of fake seals.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires departments of education and training and educational institutions not to implement Document No. 1975/HTGDVN dated October 5, 2015 of Vietnam Education Development and Support Investment Joint Stock Company.

The Ministry of Education and Training also recommends that educational institutions, when receiving guidance and direction documents with signs of suspected forgery, should immediately inform the Office of the Ministry of Education and Training to verify their legality and contact relevant agencies for timely coordination, prevention and handling./.
