Gold prices continue to rise strongly

The price of 9999 gold, SJC, Mi Hong, PNJ, DOJI, 24k continues to increase strongly. Meanwhile, world gold remains stable at 1,916 USD.

DOJI listed the price of 9999 gold at 67.30 million VND/tael for buying and 68.10 million VND/tael for selling.

At Mi Hong Gold and Gemstone Company, the price of Mi Hong gold at the time of survey listed the price of SJC gold at 67.35 - 67.75 million VND/tael (buy - sell).

SJC gold price at Bao Tin Minh Chau Company Limited is also traded by the enterprise at 67.42 - 67.98 million VND/tael (buy - sell). Meanwhile, at Bao Tin Manh Hai, it is being traded at 67.46 - 67.98 million VND/tael (buy - sell).

USD price continues to soar along with world USD price

The central USD/VND exchange rate today (August 25) was announced by the State Bank at 23,898 VND/USD, an increase of 56 VND compared to yesterday's listed rate.

USD/VND exchange rate, black market USD price, VCB USD continue to soar along with the world USD. Currently, the US Dollar Index is at approximately 104 points.

Currently, the USD exchange rate that commercial banks are allowed to trade is from 23,400 - 25,101 VND/USD. The selling exchange rate is also adjusted by the State Bank of Vietnam to the buying and selling range of 23,400 - 25,101 VND/USD.

The USD exchange rate at banks and domestic foreign exchange rates this morning recorded a series of upward adjustments at banks. Specifically, Vietcombank increased 10 VND for the buying price of 23,810 and the selling price of 24,150. The buying and selling prices of USD are currently in the range of 23,400 - 25,200 VND/USD.

Domestic coffee prices continue to increase to 65,200 VND/kg

Domestic coffee prices increased on August 25, reaching an average price of 64,700 VND/kg.

Specifically, coffee prices in Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces stood at VND64,400/kg, up VND500/kg from the previous session. In Dak Nong province, coffee was purchased at the highest price of VND65,200/kg.

The price of green coffee beans (coffee beans, fresh coffee beans) in Lam Dong province in districts such as Bao Loc, Di Linh, Lam Ha, coffee is purchased at 64,300 VND/kg.

Coffee prices in Dak Lak province, in Cu M'gar district, are currently at 65,000 VND/kg. In Ea H'leo district, Buon Ho town, coffee is purchased at the same price of 64,000 VND/kg.

World coffee prices, at the end of the trading session, Robusta coffee prices on the ICE Europe - London exchange increased for the third consecutive session. The November spot futures increased by 28 USD, to 2,402 USD/ton and the January 2024 futures increased by 19 USD, to 2,324 USD/ton, very significant increases. Trading volume remained above average.

Similarly, Arabica coffee prices on the ICE US - New York exchange also increased. The December spot futures increased by 3.85 cents to 152.90 cents/lb and the March 2024 futures increased by 3.55 cents to 155.10 cents/lb, both increases were quite good. Trading volume was above average.
