World oil prices today

As of 6:08 a.m. this morning, Vietnam time, WTI crude oil price reached 71.546 USD/barrel, up 1.67%, while Brent oil reached 75.152 USD/barrel, up 1.69% compared to yesterday.

Brent crude oil prices rose on China's economic stimulus and tensions in the Middle East. China's central bank has launched a massive stimulus package to boost growth and cut interest rates, countering the risk of a prolonged recession.

Tensions in the Middle East have risen following Israeli airstrikes on Hezbollah in Lebanon, causing many casualties and potentially leading to wider conflict.

Concerned about oil supplies, US oil producers in the Gulf of Mexico evacuated rigs and halted production due to the storm, and Shell shut down some facilities as a precaution.

The price of E5RON92 gasoline increased by 51 VND/liter, at a level not higher than 18,941 VND/liter, 821 VND/liter lower than RON95-III gasoline;

These forecast figures do not include fluctuations due to the management agency using the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund to adjust prices.
