Successful rescue of 14-year-old child who was tricked and sold to China

(Baonghean.vn)- On October 20, in Quy Hop town, Quy Hop district police successfully rescued Vi Thi H, born in 2001 in Don Cham village, Muong Noc commune (Que Phong district), who was lured by Le Thi Hoa, born in 1976, residing in Na Bum hamlet, Chau Tien commune (Quy Hop district), to be sold to China.

According to the initial investigation results, taking advantage of the situation of Vi Thi H living with her mother and stepfather, and the difficult family life, Hoa promised H's family that she would find a job for her in Hanoi with a high income. However, in reality, Hoa's purpose was to take H from Quy Hop town to Vinh, then take a bus to Mong Cai (Quang Ninh), and from there take the child to Nanning, China.

At the investigation agency, the suspect Le Thi Hoa confessed her actions. Currently, H has been returned to her family, the case is being further investigated by the authorities.
