Solving problems in Southeast Economic Zone projects

With a sense of urgency, in the afternoon, the provincial working delegation inspected and grasped the situation at the Vissai Seascape Project; DKC Petroleum Port; Project of Wharf No. 5, 6 - Cua Lo Port; the relocation of fishing boats at Cua Lo Port and the planning project of Cua Lo International Port Cluster, in the Southeast Economic Zone.

At Vissai seaport, invested by Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company, the representative of the unit requested the local government to completely resolve the issue of a household at the port entrance; relocate and clear the graves located in the project; and completely resolve the issue of 4 households in Nam Thinh village obstructing the Company from opening a dedicated road to the crushing station.
At the DKC Petroleum Depot, the investor proposed that there are still 3 land lots of 3 households that have not yet relocated, hoping that the locality will create favorable conditions to create a site for the project; the unit also proposed that the province approve the policy of building a road to the depot under the BT form.

Cua Lo Port One Member Co., Ltd. believes that currently, at Cua Lo Port, there are often many fishing boats of fishermen occupying 2 wharves No. 3 and No. 4... as a place to anchor, exchange products... causing unsafety when loading and unloading goods at Cua Lo Port. Therefore, it is requested that the locality and the authorities take measures to resolve this issue soon.
Recommend that the relevant authorities coordinate to promptly complete the procedures and documents, announce the port according to regulations; the province promptly deploys investment in building the road to exploit the port in the area of wharfs 5, 6, 7, 8 according to the approved plan.

After conducting field inspections and grasping recommendations from investment units, the provincial working delegation had a working session with relevant parties.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong requested that investors immediately after this meeting submit specific proposals to the Provincial People's Committee for the departments and localities to promptly resolve, in order to speed up the progress of the projects. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial People's Committee Office to issue a notice assigning localities, departments and branches to resolve problems related to site clearance.
