The traditional sports tournament of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee will open on April 2.
(Baonghean.vn) - The draw and classification ceremony for the 18th Traditional Sports Tournament of the Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee, 2021 took place this afternoon (March 25). The tournament is expected to open on April 2.
This is an annual Sports tournament for cadres, party members and workers organized byParty Committee of the Business BlocNghe An province organized to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26); welcome the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

The tournament has the participation of 52 units, including 24 men's football teams; 22 women's volleyball teams; 19 badminton teams competing in 5 events according to age groups and 20 units participating in table tennis competing in 3 events: men's singles, men's doubles, and mixed doubles.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Son Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghe An Province's Business Bloc, Head of the tournament organizing committee emphasized: The Traditional Sports Tournament is organized with the aim of promoting the movement of physical training and sports to improve health; exchange and connect between businesses to better implement production and business.
The tournament is held outside of office hours and on weekends; opening on April 2, 2021 at the artificial turf field of Vinh University and Nghe An Provincial Sports Competition Center. The tournament is expected to last for 10 days./.
