Accordingly, up to now, after the merger, the internal organization of the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee has reduced 9 units. Of which, the Provincial Party Committee Office has reduced 2 departments (from 7 departments to 5 departments), the Provincial Party Committee Organization Board has reduced 2 departments (from 6 departments to 4 departments).

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department reduced 3 departments (from 7 departments to 4 departments); the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department reduced 1 department (from 4 departments to 3 departments); the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reduced 1 department (from 5 departments to 4 departments).

On February 13, 2019, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Notice No. 1513 - TB/TU on approving the Project of the Provincial Party Committee Office to serve the Party Committee and advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee.

On February 25, 2019, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 2673 - QD/TU "approving the Project of the Provincial Party Committee Office serving the Party Committee and advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee".

Accordingly, the Project has rearranged a number of job positions such as: Receiving accounting tasks of the Provincial Party Committee's committees and the Provincial Health Care Committee; drivers, clerks, waiters, treasurers of the committees to the Provincial Party Committee Office; merging and reorganizing the departments of the Provincial Party Committee Office according to Decision No. 04 - QDi/TW, dated July 25, 2018 of the Secretariat.
