Director and 15 juniors of loan sharking were prosecuted
Quang opened 15 loan shark branches in industrial parks of Bac Ninh province.

According to the police, Quang is the director of Dai An Investment Support Consulting Company Limited (headquartered in Hanoi), which opened 15 branches in industrial parks in Bac Ninh province and assigned his juniors to manage.
The branches lend money to customers in two forms: pawning (interest rate of 5,000 VND/million/day) and pawning documents (interest rate of 8,000 VND/million/day). When the payment deadline comes, any customer who is slow to pay will be threatened by Quang's henchmen and have their property taken away.
After months of investigation, on the afternoon of January 2, 15 working groups of Bac Ninh Provincial Police with about 100 officers simultaneously raided the company's branches. Authorities seized more than 2,600 loan applications with a loan amount equivalent to 6 billion VND, 37 loan notebooks, more than 520 million VND, 30 cars and many documents.
