In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Ba Tan - Head of the Provincial Department of Population and Family Planning reviewed the outstanding results that the population sector has achieved in 2023.

It is worth noting that despite many difficulties, population work has been proactively and effectively implemented by health centers from the provincial to district levels. In particular, localities have focused on propaganda and mobilization work in many forms that are rich, easy to understand and suitable for many target groups.
In which, we have focused on promoting widespread implementation from the highlands to the lowlands of communication activities towards the goal of achieving small, healthy, happy families, regardless of gender, and improving population quality.

This has contributed to bringing population policies and messages to the masses, helping to gradually change people's awareness and behavior.
In the overall success of the population sector, the Head of the Department of Population and Family Planning also acknowledged the efforts of the population staff in communes and wards, and population collaborators in villages and hamlets.

Currently, when the province's population work still faces many difficulties and challenges in terms of both birth rate and population quality, more than ever, the role of communication and mobilization work is extremely important to effectively implement population work and development in the new period.
With the meaning of connection and sharing, the communication exchange program is an annual and meaningful activity for those working in population - health and local people. This is also a bridge for those working in population - health.populationmeet, exchange experiences and encourage each other to perform well assigned tasks.
Within the framework of the program, population workers from 21 districts and cities also had many attractive performances and meaningful skits to convey the messages of population workers.

This is also an opportunity for the whole industry to make commitments and take practical actions in communication work integrating the provision of reproductive health care/family planning services and improving population quality, effectively implementing synchronous solutions to successfully complete the set targets and plans.
